claire’s promotion
case study
Each year during the holiday season, the company implements an employee incentive program that includes promotional product giveaways. For this program, Adventure played the role of Santa for the required products and promotional scratch-off posters.
There were multiple challenges associated with this project: a tight turn time, the number of products and the graphic design needed for the products and variable-numbered scratch-off posters. For their holiday promotion, the requested products were a tumbler, phone stand, drawstring backpack, PopSocket, water bottle, pen, portable fan and purse light — a Claire’s and Icing version of each. Three versions of the posters were needed — Claire’s, Icing and a version of the Claire’s poster in French for Québec. Adventure was tasked with finding products that met the customer’s standards, designing the posters, setting up digital proofs of the products for approval, getting the products produced and delivering them in time for the start of the employee incentive program.
Drawing on our experience of working on this project in previous years, we were once again able to meet and exceed all customer expectations. The poster designs were well received, the product quality and price points were satisfactory and everything was delivered before the customer’s firm deadline. No holiday miracle needed — just the helpful and hard-working elves at Adventure!
